The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Freight Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN.

This role focuses on fulfilling our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, while performing tasks like receiving shipments, shipping inventory, backroom maintenance and routine cleaning. Compensation features a pay range of $14-$16 per hour, with full-time teammate benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA options, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Process FedEx alterations, layaways, and special orders to Guests.
• Check freight packing slips and transfer slips for accuracy.
• Ensure transfers are processed through the register and match shipped items.
• Prepare boxes for shipments and maintain order of supplies.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize backroom.
• Support floor projects and keep a neat, clean work area.
• Handle policy communications with Store Manager/HR.
