Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in DeKalb, IL is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform shipping/receiving, unpacking daily shipments, backroom maintenance, and routine store cleaning as directed by store management. This hourly full-time role offers benefits including health coverage, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send any alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and that items match what you are shipping out.
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores, fold items and place in appropriate sized box for proper presentation.
