Qualifications

• University degree in Agriculture or related field required.
• 1+ years of experience in commodity trading, fertilizer or logistics.
• Proficient computer skills including email and MS Office; familiarity with PC Miler and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers and contract execution.
• Tender freight to private fleet and third-party carriers, evaluating performance and cost.
• Build and maintain relationships with ADM divisions, customers and truck carriers.
• Discover and enhance market opportunities; expand origination and destination markets.
• Analyze freight rates, lanes and product flows for trade areas.
• Communicate market information across the office and company.
