Buckle in United States seeks a Freight Coordinator in Aurora, IL to support our mission of delivering the best guest experience. You will perform receiving and unpacking of daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning, in collaboration with store management to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure shipments are correct; Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx; Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips; Double-check transfers; Pack and ship items properly.
• Visual Merchandise Management: Remove pins and plastic from merchandise; Tagging with Sensormatic tags; Hang and fold merchandise; Assist on floor projects.
• Operations: Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends; Knowledge of POS software; Receive freight boxes and store transfers; Maintain shipment paperwork; Maintain neat, organized work area.
