Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a dock-based Freight Compliance Analyst to inspect shipment data, verify NMFC classifications, and support revenue recovery.

You will review dimensional scans, generate accurate reports, and communicate freight analysis processes across service centers to drive consistent pricing actions. The role requires accurate data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work shifts including weekends, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Transportation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with transportation management systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable climbing in/out of trailers and reviewing data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review shipment data to verify NMFC compliance.
• Provide inspection data to support pricing and revenue adjustments.
• Support freight analysis by reviewing dimensional scans and making corrections.
• Communicate freight analysis processes across service centers.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on freight procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues and support leadership.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
