The role runs on first shift, Monday to Friday, starting at 4:30am, with overtime opportunities. Earn $17.00 per hour with incentive pay up to $24.00 per hour, plus benefits and daily Pay access.

Freight Handler / Unloader / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders in Perris, CA to join our warehouse team. As a Freight Handler/Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading freight manually in teams without the use of heavy machinery. The main duties will include palletizing clothing items, requiring the ability to lift 20-50 pounds consistently. This is a 1st shift position from Monday to Friday starting at 4:30am (Full time with occasional overtime)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
• Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred, but not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
