Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Freight Handler to join our warehouse operations. You will unload trucks, work in a two-person team, and use powered equipment to move merchandise safely and efficiently.

Your duties include inspecting MHE, breaking down pallets, labeling and restacking products for store delivery, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while meeting productivity standards. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Accurate with attention to detail.
• Good communication with team members.
• Able to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks manually or with powered equipment in a two-person team.
• Inspect equipment and ensure it is safe and operable.
• Break down pallets and separate product by SKU or quantity.
• Tag pallets with identifying information.
• Restack cases and wrap securely for delivery to stores.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Keep work area organized and free of debris.
• Meet minimum productivity standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
