Job summary

Hub Group is hiring a Cargo Handler in Brainerd, MN. You will load and unload freight, stage and audit next-day routes, and perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $18.51/hour with a Tue-Sat schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Benefits include holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401K, and opportunities for advancement, with a culture that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary is a plus.
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Basic written and oral communication skills; strong customer service orientation.
• Previous experience with RF scanners and data entry for inventory tracking preferred.
• Ability to multitask, follow directions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be certified to drive fork truck.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from trailers safely and timely.
• Stage and audit next-day routes accurately.
• Move freight within the warehouse as needed and check-in appliances.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and follow directions.
• Flexibility to work weekends/overtime and back up Admin as needed.
