Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking a Freight Handler in Louisville, KY to load, unload and move freight within the terminal and yard. You will follow safety rules, operate equipment, and support timely, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months related experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Able to write routine correspondence and communicate with operations.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine materials to move.
• Load/unload freight and count onto pallets, racks or shelves.
• Transport freight to designated areas and secure loads to prevent damage.
• Operate industrial truck or hoist to move materials.
• Support team goals and safety initiatives.
