Job summary

humano is hiring a Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. You unload freight using manual or powered equipment, with safety and efficiency; base pay $17.00/hr plus incentive pay; average $22–$24/hr with potential to earn more as you work harder.

DailyPay is available, and no experience is required for many roles with paid training. You’ll join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous growth across our warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• 6 months of operating forklift or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment (lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and break down freight onto pallets per SOP.
• Sort freight by PO# and SKU#; prepare for storage or shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with repacking, labeling, pallet repairs and related duties.
• Maintain area readiness and document completion of tasks.
