Job summary

humano LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Unloader/Freight Handler in California. You’ll unload freight and break it down onto pallets, using hand and power equipment as needed, while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Expect ride-along training, daily earnings considerations, and opportunities to advance to operator or lead roles based on performance and safety. This role emphasizes reliability and physical endurance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and break down freight onto pallets.
• Sort freight by PO# and SKU#.
• May operate various material handling equipment.
• May assist with sorting, repacking and labeling.
• Ensure area is prepared, materials ready, and cleanup is completed.
