Part-time 1st Shift Freight Handler

Distribution Center Address: 342 Gordon Industrial Ave, Shepherdsville KY

Pay: Starting at $18.06/hour

• Plus performance incentives, bonuses, etc.

Work Schedule:

• Sunday and Thursday
• 1st Shift - 5:45AM - 1:45PM

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. As a freight handler, you'll support our team by safely removing pallets of product from trailers and breaking down the product for correct pallet configuration. You will also separate inbound freight by item code onto good pallets, ensure damaged products are properly accounted for, and check the structural integrity of pallets. No experience is required; we will train you!

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
