Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Modesto, CA to support loading, unloading, and order fulfillment with a 5-day week and occasional overtime. The shift starts at 3 AM and runs until finish, with a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Expect to lift 25–75 lbs, and learn a variety of warehouse tasks. Training is provided for the right candidate, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs as required.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of goods, and select and palletize items.
• Conduct freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and cleanup duties as assigned.
• Maintain safety and efficiency while meeting site leadership expectations.

Job description

Pay: $700-$1,200 Weekly

5‑day work week with occasional mandatory overtime. Expected to stay until workload is completed.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean‑up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast‑paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
