Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of warehouse tasks. You will load and unload, select, palletize, audit, repack and sort items, maintaining efficient operations on the site.

The role requires a high-energy, hard-working attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

• Able to perform fast-paced, physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to learn and train for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading/unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, repacking, sorting, and housekeeping.
• Follow site leadership directions and safety protocols.
• Assist with training and cross-training as needed.

The Opportunity:
Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Requirements:
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
