Overview

DSV - Global transport and logistics

A Freight Forwarder Assistant provides support to the freight forwarding team, including assisting with documentation, data entry, customer service, and general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
• Enter shipment data into computer systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate and track shipments by communicating with customers, carriers, and other third-party service providers

Compensation & Benefits

For this position, the expected base pay range is $20.50- $27.50 / Hourly per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
