Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $51,168 - $63,960 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
