Job summary

Sam's Club in Lexington, KY is seeking a forklift-certified associate to support stock movement, merchandising, and member service on the sales floor. You will operate forklifts, load and unload merchandise, and maintain inventory accuracy while following company policies and safety standards.

You will assist members with self-service options, help teammates keep displays fresh, and participate in safety checks and training.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required within 90 days.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service and teamwork skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies.
• Maintains safety of the facility and merchandising presentation.
• Assists members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Provides member service and resolves issues and concerns.
