Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking associates to support operations in our Ohio location. You will operate a forklift, receive and stage inventory, assist members with self-service technology, and help maintain a safe, well-merchandised sales floor.

You will collaborate with managers and teammates to meet daily priorities while ensuring high service levels for members. Responsibilities include handling merchandise, ensuring accurate paperwork, and supporting club pickup orders with timely, accurate staging

Qualifications

Handles customer needs and guides decisions, including self-service tech assistance.
Operates forklift and adheres to safety standards and hazardous materials handling.
Maintains inventory flow, proper stocking, and accurate paperwork.
Maintains clean, organized shelves and proper product displays to support promotions.
Works with team to meet deadlines and communicate progress and issues.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift safely following company standards.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
Assist members with purchasing decisions and self-service technology.
Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.
Keep the sales floor stocked, merchandised, and aligned with promotional displays.
Assist with club pickup orders and ensure accurate staging and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and report issues.
