Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a team-oriented associate to safely operate forklifts, receive and organize stock, and maintain a clean and compliant sales floor. You will assist customers with purchases, support club pickup orders, and collaborate with coworkers to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior forklift certification.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethics using Open Door Policy and standard business practices.
• Operates forklift per company guidelines to move pallets and merchandise.
• Receives, organizes, and inventories stock from distributions centers and suppliers.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following hazmat handling procedures.
• Maintains sales floor merchandising, proper stock levels, displays, and signages.
• Supports club pickup orders by selecting, staging, and auditing items for customers.
