Job summary

Sam’s Club in Florida is hiring a forklift-ready associate responsible for merchandise handling, inventory flow, and assisting members with self-service technology and purchases. You will operate forklifts safely, stock and rotate merchandise, prepare club pick-up orders, maintain clean and organized sales floors, and follow safety and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

Must have 90 days of prior forklift experience.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Retail experience preferred.
Supervising a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complies with policies and uses action plans with Open Door Policy and proper ethics.
Operates forklift to pick up, move, and position pallets.
Receives stocks, organizes inventory, and maintains paperwork.
Provides member service by assisting with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
Maintains safety and sanitation by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
Maintains the sales floor, merchandising, and displays; rotates stock and handles shrinkage.
