Keep the Flow of Merchandise Moving

As a Freight Flow Associate at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring merchandise moves efficiently from receiving to the sales floor. Your work helps maintain inventory accuracy, support efficient club operations, and ensure members can find the products they need. In this role, you’ll spend your day unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise; operating equipment such as forklifts; and supporting a high-volume environment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
