The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office and TMS software, supporting logistics and transportation teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of transportation and 3rd party dispatch experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TMS, data entry, and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Dispatch company controlled freight and support sales and commodity groups.
• Negotiate rates with carriers for loads and lanes.
• Meet or exceed rate expectations defined by pricing.
• Maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance.
