Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Freight Administrator to support load planning and dispatch activities in our Georgia operation. You will pre-call customers, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain driver trip documentation.

You will collaborate with the Route Planner, uphold safety standards, manage trip envelopes, payroll entries, and fleet PO support while representing ADS professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Logistics / supply chain background preferred.
• Prior dispatching and customer service experience preferred.
• Federal DOT compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make pre-calls and support load-building/dispatching.
• Be a champion of safety culture.
• Driver payroll Mileage/hourly entry.
• Process Trip envelopes.
• Fleet PO entry support.
• Driver performance filing support.
• Driver DQ file filing support.
• Filing and administrative tasks as needed.
• Incoming calls and distribution of CPU’s.
• Print UPS and LTL paperwork and deliver to yard.
