Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations including HOS and ELD requirements.
• Track driver locations, equipment utilization, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Resolve transportation issues such as delays or service disruptions.
• Maintain dispatch records and driver documentation accurately.
