Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails courteously and timely.
• Provide rate quotes, sales bids, and shipment status to customers.
• Assist with providing Service 2.OD to internal and external customers.
• Support general office tasks as needed (mailing, filing, copying).
