Job summary

Cardinal Logistics is seeking experienced Freight Agents ready to leverage their own book of business in a flexible commission-based selling environment. As a Freight Agent, you will benefit from high commission splits while working remotely or in a personal office setting.

Cardinal offers extensive support, including dedicated back-office assistance, competitive LTL rates, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position allows you to maximize your income without commission caps, fostering entrepreneurship and success.

Qualifications

• Must have a book of business (3PL customers).
• Must have experience within the freight brokering and freight sales industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to maximize income on a commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized transportation solutions.
• Work independently as a Freight Agent while receiving back office support.
• Manage client relationships and drive sales in freight brokering.
