Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established customer base while acquiring new clients and carriers Negotiate rates and provide operational support to ensure efficient logistics solutions Utilize CRM and TMS systems to maintain data integrity and monitor performance metrics Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate rates effectively Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building a book of business
