Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking entrepreneurial sales professionals to build and own a growing portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics space. You will prospect, close, and nurture lasting relationships while coordinating with operations to execute shipments end-to-end.

Expect a base salary to start with uncapped commission and ongoing training. This role offers the potential to reach six figures within 18 months based on performance, with a strong emphasis on ownership and results.

Qualifications

• Full time availability in office Monday–Friday.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers.
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments.
• Use phone, email and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity.
• Leverage technology and AI tools daily for pricing and load booking.
