You will turn complex freight data into actionable insights, design auto-coding and audit rules, and partner with carriers and internal teams to reduce manual work. The role emphasizes independent work, strong Excel skills, and clear communication to drive sustainable supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight audit and pay, transportation, or supply chain analysis with US exposure.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, carriers, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or equivalent).
• Able to work independently with high accuracy and clear communication.
• Conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze freight audit data and KPIs to improve invoice accuracy and transportation cost visibility.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, accessorial charges, and claims to protect transportation spend.
• Design and optimize auto-coding and audit rules to reduce manual work and increase automation.
• Partner with carriers, audit providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve data flow.
• Identify process gaps and cost-saving opportunities, turning analysis into practical, sustainable improvements.
