Job summary

Freight Flex is seeking experienced freight professionals to become agents who run their own business with full ownership while backed by a full support organization. This 1099 partner model gives you the freedom to build your agency with resources from operations, finance, and compliance to help you grow.

You’ll operate independently but have access to an experienced team dedicated to onboarding, scaling, and securing carrier relationships to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a freight broker, freight agent, or logistics sales professional.
• Existing customer relationships or a book of business preferred.
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

• Quote, negotiate, and execute freight across multiple modes.
• Manage freight from pickup through delivery with operational support as needed.

What You'll Do
