C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a dedicated Freezer Selector to pick, pack and prepare orders in a fast-paced, cold environment. You will move efficiently, maintain safety standards, and help keep local communities stocked with essential groceries.

The role starts at 8:00 AM on a 4‑day workweek, with Sunday–Friday operation (no Saturdays). You’ll receive paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one, plus opportunities for career growth in a safety‑conscious

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking operations.
• Ability to stand, walk up to 12 miles per shift.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Accurate order fulfillment and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or audio headset.
• Stacking items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bay doors.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and safety standards.
• Operate a double walkie-rider or pallet jack to move cases.
• Apply selection labels and wrap products safely.
• Report quantity or description discrepancies to supervisor.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete forms.
