Job summary

QCD, a subsidiary of GSF, seeks a Freezer Selector for its Hawaii site to move, pick, and load products in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse.

You’ll operate material handling equipment, verify orders, and support dock operations, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

The role offers full-time, on-site hours, a 4-day work week, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision.

Freezer Selector – Hawaii (Oahu)

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role You’ll:

All Associates:

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF Scanners, Vo Collect Headset, and Warehouse Management System) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Loader Specific:

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments

Selector (Picker) Specific:

• Use (Vo Collect headset) to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring

All Associates:

• Ability to work in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
• Primarily a 4-day work week, with shifts typically being 4PM – 2:30AM; weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

• $25.38/hour + $1.00 Freezer Pay

* The expected range for this position is $24.40-$25.40/hour (For Hourly, Non-Exempt Roles) Location, confirmed job-related skills, education, experience, and relevant training will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
