Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator in York County for a full-time first shift. You will operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, maintain accurate inventory with handheld devices, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a cold environment. Training is provided, with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move merchandise.
• Track inventory with handheld devices.

Join our team as a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator and help keep communities fed.

Responsibilities Include

• Operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to transport merchandise within the warehouse
• Tracking inventory accurately using handheld technology
• Stacking, rotating, and replenishing products to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Loading/unloading trailers and staging finished products
• Adhering to all safety protocols and handling materials safely

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment, particularly reach trucks/stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to community impact
• Ability to lift products weighing 1-60 lbs and handle materials safely in a cold environment (-20° to 0°)
