Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Warehouse Lead to coordinate freezer pulling and shipping for frozen meal orders. You will lead from the floor, coach for consistency, and communicate clearly across shifts to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include daily planning, hands-on picking, quality checks, and onboarding new hires to SOPs and safety targets. Physically demanding work in a cold environment is required.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in warehouse, freezer, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience as a Freezer Puller or warehouse lead highly preferred.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold standards.
• Detail focus and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear communicator with strong organizational habits.

Role mission

Coordinate freezer pulling and shipping so every frozen meal order is accurate, compliant, and out the door on schedule. Lead from the floor, coach for consistency, and communicate clearly across shifts.

Success looks like

• Daily pulling and shipping plans aligned to order volume and staffing
• Hands-on picking and shipment prep executed with speed and accuracy
• Team productivity, accuracy, and food safety standards met or exceeded
• Quality checks and spot audits catching errors before trucks are loaded
• New hires trained and onboarded to SOPs, safety, and performance targets
• Comfort working extended periods in a -10°F freezer with PPE
• Safe handling of 40+ pound products throughout the shift
• Rapid response as first contact for equipment issues, discrepancies, and safety concerns
• Clean, current shift documentation and crisp communication at handoff
• Organized, safe, and audit-ready work areas
• Coaching and performance feedback provided to supervisors regarding team members

Must haves
