Job Description:

Starting pay: $23/hr + incentives

Schedule:

• Sunday & Friday (Required)
• 8-10 hour shifts (Required)
• Days off include Saturday + 1 weekday (excluding Friday)
• Start time: 9am

This role is located in a frozen warehouse maintained at -10 degrees. A snowsuit is provided for working conditions.

Position Summary: This physical role involves lifting cases throughout your shift. You will complete selection orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, then assembling, palletizing, and/or shrink-wrapping products for customer orders. You are responsible for meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The role may require operating powered industrial equipment and working in refrigerated and freezer compartments.

What you’ll do: Select products from warehouse racks, operate an electric pallet jack, assemble, palletize, and shrink-wrap products for customer orders, including fresh, frozen, and dry goods. You must frequently lift products weighing between 30-60 lbs., and occasionally 75 lbs. or more, while bending, twisting, and kneeling to reach products. Maintain a clean and safe environment, report damaged or low-stock products, and notify supervisors of issues.

Requirements: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safely operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a positive attitude. Physical demands include sitting, walking, standing, handling objects, and repetitive movements. Ability to lift 30-60 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance. Hearing and vision within normal range are required.
