Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available

Looking for Freezer Forklift Operator jobs in Flower Mound where your equipment skills keep warehouse operations moving? This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Job Duties

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and EPJs to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy.
• Stage, replenish, and transport materials for shipping and storage locations.
• Accurately scan, track, and document inventory movements using warehouse systems.
• Follow all GMP, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift and sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory tracking, product staging, loading/unloading, and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a freezer warehouse environment with temperatures around -6F.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including freezer gear and steel-toe footwear.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
