Job summary

Sam's Club in Independence, MO is seeking a Stocker for the freezer, cooler, and deli to help keep shelves stocked and ensure sanitary conditions. You’ll be on the front-lines of customer service, assisting Members, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

This role emphasizes ensuring high-quality products, maintaining temperature-controlled areas, and supporting operations through proper stocking, cleaning, and display setup. Benefits and hourly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and assisting with purchases.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, clean and sanitize equipment, and report issues.
