Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. through Sam’s Club is seeking a stocker to support the freezer, cooler, and deli team. You help keep shelves stocked, maintain product quality, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming member experience in the department.

You will interact with members, handle merchandise, assist with purchases, and adapt to changing work scenarios while delivering high‑quality service and respecting safety standards. This role offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with stocking and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Stock and stock displays in Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas as directed.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases and answering questions.
• Follow cold chain procedures and sanitize the area; report issues to management.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and documentation.
