Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a dedicated Freezer/Cooler/Deli Stocker to maintain cold storage areas and assist customers on the floor in Saint Louis, MO. The role emphasizes safe handling, stock management, and friendly service to ensure a positive member experience.

You will work as part of the deli team, keeping shelves stocked, temperatures controlled, and displays organized while providing responsive member assistance and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Stocking and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including forklift procedures and hazardous materials handling.
• Keep the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas aligned with company policies; stock merchandise and set up displays.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Follow food handling policies and Cold Chain procedures; keep freezer/cooler area clean and well-maintained.
