Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview

Position summary: Be part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team. You’ll help keep shelves stocked and support operations and sanitary conditions in the freezers and coolers, while delivering customer service in the deli area to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines (including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management).
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per Company policies, including stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, labeling, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging Members, locating merchandise, assisting purchase decisions, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation and sanitization, cold chain procedures, cleaning, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Support the deli front-line service as appropriate, ensuring high-quality products are available for Members.

Additional information
