Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing deli products to Members; resolving issues and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Follows Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning the area; monitoring fans, drains and doors; and reporting issues to Management.
• Pack and stock ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

Additional information

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Premiums may apply if criteria are met.
