Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to stack and palletize boxes for shipping. You will rotate cooler inventory by date and ensure pallets and stretch wrap are in good condition before loading onto trailers. The role requires attention to placement, labeling, and keeping the cooler area clean.

Additional duties may include staging loads and following production-line patterns for palletization. The position emphasizes reliability, ability to work nights, and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during duties.

Responsibilities

• Primarily stack boxes manually on pallets prior to shipping.
• Rotate product by date in the cooler to prevent old stock.
• Check pallets, boxes and stretch wrap for condition before loading.
• Stage loads to speed up shipping.
• Keep cooler floor clean and organized.
• Place product according to wall signs in the cooler.
• Back trailers into the dock for 1st shift loading.
• Stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern.
• Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers outward.
• Other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:Primarily responsible manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping.
