Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a team member for shipping support and materials handling at our Texas facility. The role involves transporting product, counting inventory, and ensuring proper labeling and packaging for shipping.

The candidate should be able to work nights and weekends, lift up to 60 lbs, and operate pallet jacks while adhering to all safety and PPE requirements. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits available from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in shipping is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Must wear PPE at all times where required.

Responsibilities

• Transport product using hand carts and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
• Ensure product is labeled, stacked and wrapped for shipping.
• Scan and track pallets from production to cooler.
• Verify and process required paperwork accurately.
• Assist with inventory counts and other duties as assigned.

SHIFT DETAILS:Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pmPay Rate-$20.55Benefits available Day OneOn the job trainingPRIMARY FUNCTION:Primarily responsible for manually transporting product, pallets, cages, etc. as needed for shipping, processing required paperwork and assisting with inventory.
