Thrive Freeze Dry is seeking a Production Team Member in American Fork, Utah. You will operate freeze-drying equipment, prepare raw materials, and perform quality checks to ensure high-quality freeze-dried products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include receiving and packaging, following SOPs, and maintaining strict attendance. This on-site role requires strong teamwork and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math and reading of documents.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Physical and mental stamina for light lifting and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, mill, pack, and distribute product.
• Adhere to standard work methods and safe work habits.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Identify and report quality deviations.
• Complete cleaning requirements and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Operate freeze-drying equipment per SOPs and safety rules.
• Transport materials with pallet jack and maintain attendance.
