Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Maintain attendance per hotel standards and shift scheduling
• Follow Health & Safety regulations in all tasks
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized; label and date all items
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of food items to support production goals
• Demonstrate knife skills such as cutting, dicing, and garnishing as needed
• Maintain knowledge of food safety temperatures, cross-contamination prevention, and sanitation
