Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities like lifting 50lbs.
• Experience competing in IFSA competitions is preferred.
• Ability to uphold highest guest safety levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive guest experience on the mountain.
• Hire and manage PMFT coaches alongside the Program Manager.
• Communicate with parents about program expectations.

Skills

Ability to ski safely on black terrain

Positive, fun, creative mindset

Experience in guest services role

Background check eligibility

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid IFSA L200 certification
