La DoubleJ seeks a Freelance Visual Merchandiser to support our Visual Merchandising team in delivering the brand’s premium presentation across U.S. retail spaces from Dallas.

This freelance role collaborates with our Milan-based VM team to ensure consistency with HQ guidelines, travel when required, and to bring a luxury retail vision to life through in-store concepts and seasonal activations. You will travel to stores, implement concepts, and report on executions to maintain a cohesive global

Qualifications

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail with a luxury retail sensibility.
• Proactive and flexible, able to operate in dynamic retail environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and willingness to use other reporting tools.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong sense of personal style aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of seasonal VM strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Implement visual concepts in-store according to HQ instructions and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Milan VM department to maintain visual consistency.
• Create detailed photo reports following store visits.
• Provide support to store teams, ensuring alignment with global VM direction.
• Drive VM activations for trunk shows, pop-ups and seasonal stores.
• Available to travel as needed.
