Job summary

Doonails is seeking a freelance video editor who specializes in performance and UGC ads to turn scripts into thumb-stopping hooks for Meta and to launch TikTok Shop in the US and DE. You will own the end-to-end edit—from raw footage to upload-ready ads—with a focus on scalable testing and varied hooks.

You will also handle localization, VO, subtitles, and asset management, ensuring clean exports and compliant naming.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing performance/UGC ads for Meta, VO and subtitle workflows.
• Experience with TikTok / TikTok Shop and multi-market (US + DE) is a plus.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Edit 1–3 scripts per project with different hooks (2–4 projects per week).
• Create US and DE subtitles plus VO for most projects.
• Export one clean version per project and manage assets from our content database.
• Name final ads per the naming table and follow the end-to-end workflow (ClickUp/Frame).
• Contribute proactive creative ideas to improve performance.
