Job summary

Sqwad is expanding in the U.S. with a freelance Field Representative program. You’ll perform in-person outreach to local businesses, presenting a partnership opportunity without traditional selling.

You’ll secure agreements, lock in prime locations, and document activity, earning daily field fees and activation bonuses. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and fluent in English, with access to basic tools like Google Sheets or a CRM.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and results-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive in follow-ups.
• Proficient with Google Sheets or CRM platforms.
• Registered freelancer (1099).
• Must be located in Austin, TX.
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved).
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Securing signed partnership agreements with locations.
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations.
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
