Job summary

Sqwad is seeking Field Representatives to secure partnership opportunities with local businesses in your territory. This is not a sales role, and there is nothing to sell. You will conduct in-person outreach to owners and decision-makers to secure signed partnerships and prime locations for Sqwad’s growing U.S.

footprint. As a freelance contractor (1099) based in Fort Myers, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and uncapped earnings. Onboarding, training, and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Fort Myers, FL.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Self-motivated and results‑driven.
• Independent contractor (1099) with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introduce Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling).
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
• Secure signed partnership agreements.
• Lock in key locations to build early market presence.
• Log activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Pass qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
